Bswift and Ininfity HR are both human resource management systems (HRMS).
Both Bswift and Infinity HR offer online benefit enrollment, time tracking, and a variety of other HR functions. (see article on
HR Softwarefunctionality).
So, how do HR professionals decide between Bswift and InfinityHR?
- Implementation-- Who has a better process- Bswift or Infinity HR?
-
Service-- Who is more helpful and responsive- Bswift or Infinity HR?
- Initial and ongoing training
- Follow-through on service tickets/requests
More information on Bswift HRIS / Bswift HRMS is also available via compareHRIS and compareHRMS web searches.

An HRIS Comparison (or HRMS Comparison) is a logical step in the HRIS selection process.
In fact, when you compare HR software systems, there are even dedicated websites (see CompareHRIS or CompareHRMS).
While a tremendous amount of information is available when searching “CompareHRIS” or “CompareHRMS”, it is also important that less can be more in an HRIS Comparison. Specifically, when you go through a 10 page CompareHRIS or CompareHRMS questionnaire or otherwise compare HR software systems, you can find an overwhelming amount of information.
To combat information overload, an HRIS Comparison should prioritize the most important features. For one HRMS comparison, benefit management may be the most important consideration. Does the HR system handle complex benefit structures? Does the HRIS automatically schedule exports or is manual intervention required? When doing an HRMS comparison that focuses on employee benefits, you will want to make sure that you not only compare HR software systems, but also get a solid understanding of the support team’s knowledge and experience with employee benefits.
By contrast, if your HRIS comparison is focused on core HR tracking and performance management, there will be a different set of priorities when you compare HR software systems. In this case, the HRMS comparison should focus on how data is populated into the HR software system, the user interface in this areas, and the performance management options and functionality.
A search of “CompareHRIS” or “CompareHRMS” can help even in a more narrow HRIS comparison. However, be sure that you avoid over-loading the process with secondary considerations.
