HR outsourcing takes a variety of forms, but robust HRMS is a common thread in a successful approach.
In the past, HR outsourcing was the only way for some companies to access cutting edge HR software. As a result, HR outsourcing grew in the form of Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO).
But HR outsourcing is no longer the only way to access the best HR technology / HRMS. Unlike HR outsourcing, an internal HRMS strategy allows for the best of both worlds-- effective and efficient HR software without giving up control as is necessary with HR outsourcing.
As the economy has struggled and HRMS technology has become more powerful and affordable, we are finding more of our HR clients are asked to do more with less. HRMS makes that possible, even without full HR outsourcing.
