Ultipro payroll offers HRMS, but there are alternatives that are more powerful, more flexible, and less expensive.
Like others in the marketplace, UltiPro payroll has recognized the power of combining core payroll functionality with broader Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
But UltiPro payroll has some shortcomings with its HRMS application. To begin, it is reported that UltiPro payroll HRMS works well with UltiPro, but is not as effective with other payroll applications. UltiPro payroll also lacks some of the flexibility associated with leading HRMS products, particularly in the area of benefits management.

UltiPro payroll is right to offer HRMS-- it is a huge benefit for virtually any HR department. However, there are better and less expensive alternatives to UltiPro payroll HRMS for many companies.
