UltiPro and ADP Workforce Now Fall short in Applicant Tracking

UltiPro and ADP Workforce now fall short on Infinity HR's Applicant Tracking functionality.
Infinity HR's Applicants Screen has been upgraded to provide more useful tools for reviewing and managing Applicants that apply against Job Postings. A new 5-star rating feature is now available for rating applicants and for quickly viewing which Applicants might be the best candidates for the Job Posting. Additionally, a new “Resume on File” indicator will make it easier to determine which Applicants included a Resume within their Profile without having to look at each Profile individually. UltiPro and ADP Workforce Now lack this level of functionality.
The Applicant Management Screen has been redesigned to provide a powerfully efficient way to review and manage Applicants. A new Applicant Management Console is now available to the left of the Applicant Profile, providing a host of data tracking features and actions relevant to the Applicant review process. As the Applicant Profile is being reviewed, the Star Rating and other process fields can be set quickly and easily.
Additionally, the new Applicant Management Console provides the ability to easily navigate forward and backward from one Applicant to the next. In this way, it is possible to move through the entire list of Applicants for a specific Job Posting without ever leaving the Applicant Management screen. UltiPro and ADP Workforce Now do not have this flexibility.
The Applicant Management Console brings together all data tracking features for an Applicant into a single screen. In addition to retaining all previously available tracking features, the new Console also includes the following two new features:
- Prefilled Forms – this link will open a new screen which provides for the ability to generate a Prefilled Form for the Applicant. Using the Prefilled Forms functionality available within the system, this feature provides the opportunity to prepopulate fields on forms such as Background Check, Drug Testing, and other documents that might require signatures from an Applicant.
- Print Profile – this link will produce a PDF version of the Applicant Profile.
UltiPro and ADP Workforce Now do not have as much flexibility in completing pre-filled forme.
Streamlined Applicant Search Screen
The Applicant Search Screen has been streamlined to make searching the Applicant database quicker and easier to find historical Applicants. Clicking on the name of an Applicant on the Search Results Tab will open the redesigned Applicant Management Screen.
Consolidated Advanced Settings
A new Advanced Settings screen is now available for configuring various settings relating to the Applicant Tracking feature. The Advanced Settings screen provides a centralized, tab-driven screen for configuring Email Templates, Defined fields, and Manager Permissions.
Infinity HR outperforms UltiPro and ADP Workforce Now in all of these areas.
