Employee Self Service (ESS) is an important part of a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). However, robust HRIS goes well beyond an employee portal. ZyWave HRconnection ® only scratches the surface of a robust HRIS such as Infinity HR.
The ability to structure and manage complex benefit plans improves the effectiveness and efficiency of an open enrollment process. The up front educational process, which is the primary focus for many ZyWave HRconnection® users, is only the start of the process. An HRIS needs to gather election information, manage the data, and transmit it to carriers electronically.
According to users that have been exposed to both products, Infinity HR offers deep HR functionality that ZyWave HRconnection ® does not.
